About this project

CertusDocs is a finished, pre-revenue SaaS for people who want critical documents delivered to the right people if they can no longer check in. Users upload sensitive files, choose recipients, assign exactly which documents each person may receive, set check-in intervals and grace periods, and confirm they are safe from the web or Android app. If a user misses the deadline, the release engine emails private, expiring access links; a successful check-in cancels pending releases. The product includes a responsive web app and published Google Play app under com.certusdocs.mobile. Core features include encrypted-at-rest document storage, per-document timing, recipient-specific permissions, 30-day release links, check-in history, release logs, pause controls, email and Expo/FCM reminders, notifications, onboarding, support tickets, account export/deletion and optional TOTP 2FA. Monetization is already built: Stripe Checkout, recurring subscriptions, customer portal, webhooks, upgrades/downgrades, failed-payment handling and enforced Free, Plus (€5/month) and Pro (€9.90/month) limits. Revenue is $0 so far and there are no paying users. Estimated running cost is $15/month for hosting. The stack is React, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind, Node, Express, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM, Expo/React Native, Stripe, Firebase/FCM, Docker and Coolify. It includes deployment configuration, health/readiness endpoints, backups, SEO metadata, legal/privacy pages and admin tools. Asking price is $3,750 or best offer. The sale includes CertusDocs.com, a sanitized production source package, formal Play app transfer, Expo/EAS and Firebase continuity, brand assets, a privacy-safe database handover, deployment files and 30 days of handover support. Original vision

Important documents are often stored safely but still fail to reach the right person when they are needed. CertusDocs was built as a calm, automated safety net: a private vault combined with scheduled check-ins and recipient-specific delivery. The goal is to make emergency document handover reliable without forcing families, founders or advisers to discover passwords, accounts or paper instructions too late.

Why it's available

I am a developer and product builder, not a marketer or long-term SaaS operator. I enjoy turning complex ideas into finished products, but CertusDocs now needs distribution, partnerships and trust-focused marketing more than additional engineering. I would rather transfer it to someone who wants to grow the business, provide a clean handover and support, then move on to my next build.
