DiscloseReady is a live starter business built around a fixed-scope EUR 750, five-business-day AI Literacy & Disclosure Evidence Sprint for EU marketing, content and digital agencies with roughly 10-100 staff. It packages a professional website, intake and delivery workflows, reusable templates, privacy and QA controls, a fictional example pack, and unusually thorough operating documentation. This is an honest pre-revenue asset sale: zero paying users, zero paid pilots, zero MRR and EUR 0 revenue. The current pipeline contains 19 accounts, 18 content-qualified accounts and ten outreach rows, but only two first messages were sent and no reply, call, proposal or payment was recorded. Search Console recorded 17 impressions and zero clicks through 25 August 2026. The small sample does not disprove demand; it does show that the current distribution system has not validated it. Included: discloseready.com, canonical current source, branded site/assets, generic intake, kickoff, delivery, change-control and QA templates, fictional sample, tests, deployment tooling and non-personal runbooks. Excluded: personal identity, private mailbox/prospect data, payment/bank/Peppol, hosting, analytics and other personal accounts. A buyer must replace the current founder/legal details and independently update regulatory positioning; the live homepage has one regulatory sentence that should be aligned with the corrected local source before further marketing. Fixed asking price: EUR 500; FailedUps displays the rounded USD equivalent of USD 582 using the 27 August 2026 ECB reference rate.
