FeeSift: Marketplace Profit and Pricing Auditor

Find underpriced marketplace listings, see where margin disappears and export repaired target prices.

Live demo

About this project

FeeSift helps an Etsy, eBay, or other marketplace seller find which listings are still worth selling after product cost, shipping, advertising, labor, payment fees, marketplace fees, and a returns reserve. The user uploads a listing CSV, reviews editable fee and target-margin assumptions, and receives a sortable audit showing profit per unit, margin, monthly profit, the largest cost, recommended target price, and profit at risk. The product also creates a repair plan and exports updated prices for review. Uploaded listing data stays in the user's browser. A marketer, ecommerce educator, consultant, or bookkeeper with access to marketplace sellers can sell it as a one-time audit and later add saved fee presets or direct marketplace connections. A developer can extend the supplied calculation engine without rebuilding the analysis workflow. Already working: quoted-field CSV parsing, common column aliases, local-only analysis, editable cost assumptions, profit and target-price calculations, largest-cost diagnosis, per-listing repair plans, sortable results, CSV template, repaired-pricing CSV, JSON action plan, print view, sample data, responsive screens, and a verified production build. No database, marketplace login, or paid API is required. The buyer can add checkout, saved presets, audit history, advisor-branded reports, team workspaces, and direct Etsy or eBay connections after validating demand. Current status: $0 revenue, 0 customers, and no traffic claimed. The sale includes the seller-owned source, product name, supplied artwork, and documentation under a written exclusive transfer agreement. The buyer deploys under buyer-owned accounts. The live demo is the actual offered application.

Original vision

Make hidden marketplace profit leaks visible to sellers who may be tracking revenue but not true unit economics. The product turns a familiar listing export into a prioritized repair plan and target prices without asking the user to share marketplace credentials.

What's included

Everything that comes with the listing on day one.

  • Source code archive
  • Logo and brand assets
  • Marketing or landing page
  • Documentation and runbooks

Why it's available

I build compact software products to the documented handoff stage and sell them to marketers, growth operators, and software buyers who can distribute or integrate them. FeeSift is working and transferable, but I have not connected checkout or acquired customers. All revenue, customer, user, and traffic figures are disclosed as zero.
