About this project

The platform is designed as a complete two-sided hiring marketplace with dedicated experiences for job seekers and employers, allowing candidates to create structured profiles based on their professional domain, skills, experience level, location and work preferences, then receive ranked job opportunities using a compatibility score that considers domain alignment, skill overlap, experience fit and location or remote-work compatibility. Candidates can browse available roles, see their match score for each opportunity, apply directly through the platform, track the status of their applications, update their professional profile and communicate with employers once an application has been approved. Employers have access to their own hiring dashboard where they can create, edit, pause and manage job listings, define the skills and experience required for each role, set salary ranges, location and remote-work preferences, review applicants ranked by compatibility, approve or reject candidates, communicate with approved applicants, manage company settings and access subscription and billing features. The messaging system is intentionally connected to approved applications, helping keep conversations relevant and reducing unnecessary outreach, while the job editor allows employers to customize job posts with different visual themes, fonts, descriptions, salary information and optional images. The platform also includes market insight interfaces, employer plan management, application notifications, profile settings, dark and light themes, responsive layouts for desktop and mobile, accessible navigation and a Supabase-ready database structure prepared for real authentication, persistent profiles, jobs, applications, messaging, notifications and secure file storage.

Original vision

I created HireDash to solve a common problem in online recruitment: too much noise and not enough relevance. Many job platforms rely heavily on keywords, which can lead to candidates applying for roles that are not a good fit and employers spending too much time reviewing low-relevance applications. HireDash was designed to make the hiring process more efficient by focusing on compatibility across skills, professional domain, experience level, and work preferences.

Why it's available

I’m selling HireDash because I currently don’t have the financial resources required to properly launch, market, and scale the platform. The product has a strong foundation and clear growth potential, but taking it to the next stage would require additional investment in hosting, marketing, customer acquisition, ongoing development, and operational support. Rather than leaving the project underdeveloped, I would prefer to sell it to someone who has the resources and experience to continue building it, bring it to market, and realize its full potential.
