IB Civil – Civil Engineering Productivity App

About this project

IB Civil is a custom-built Android application designed for civil engineers, construction professionals, quantity surveyors, and site engineers. The project was created to bring useful civil engineering calculations and productivity tools together in a convenient mobile application that professionals can use during everyday engineering and site work. The application is already developed as a working project and is being sold before its commercial launch. It has not yet been published on the Google Play Store and is currently pre-revenue, giving the new owner the opportunity to launch and monetize the product under their ownership. The sale includes the IB Civil source code, project files, and applicable IB Civil branding assets. The new owner can continue development, add additional engineering tools, introduce premium features or subscriptions, localize the application for different countries, or launch it using their preferred business model. This is an original software project and is not being presented as an existing revenue-generating business. No historical revenue or customer-base claims are being made. Reason for selling: I am focusing on other projects and would like to transfer IB Civil to a buyer who can take the product through its commercial launch. Basic post-sale assistance will be provided for the project handover and initial source-code setup.

Original vision

IB Civil was created with a simple goal: to make everyday civil engineering work easier from a mobile phone. Instead of relying on multiple tools and manual calculations, I wanted to build one practical Android app where civil engineers and construction professionals could access useful tools quickly, whether in the office or on site.
