About this project

The app’s codebase was completed in October 2025 and has not been updated since then. The platform was developed by an agency team consisting of three developers and a CTO with over 10 years of PHP experience. AI Features: AI Email Categorization: Users can create custom AI-powered categories by describing what a category represents. The AI then analyzes incoming emails and automatically places relevant emails into the appropriate category based on the user’s instructions. (This feature uses natural human language and not hard logic) AI Workflows & Automation: Once emails are categorized, users can create automated workflows that trigger actions whenever a new email enters a specific AI category. For example, emails can be automatically forwarded to team members, labeled, archived, or processed through custom actions. AI Auto-Responder: Users can configure automated AI responses for common inquiries. When incoming emails contain specific questions or topics, the AI can instantly generate and send replies on the user’s behalf — even when they are unavailable. AI FAQ Detection & Insights: The AI analyzes email conversations to identify the most frequently asked questions automatically. This helps users quickly build and optimize their auto-response system without manually searching through emails. AI Email Summarization: Instantly generate concise summaries of long emails with a single click, helping users quickly understand the key points without reading the entire message. AI Email Writing Assistant: Users can describe what they want to say, and the AI will generate professional, personalized email drafts automatically. Who can be an ideal customer to use this app: 1. Original vision

Why This Project Has Value This project significantly reduces the time and cost required to build an AI-native email automation SaaS from scratch. Core infrastructure including Gmail integration, billing, AI workflows, vector search, and synchronization systems has already been implemented. The platform is in a strong pre-launch state and offers a solid foundation for further refinement, scaling, and commercialization.

Why am I selling the project? "I’m focusing on other projects and do not currently have the intention to continue product development and marketing." During testing, Gmail synchronization worked reliably, with actions performed inside the app properly reflected inside connected Gmail accounts. In terms of functionality, the AI writing assistant, AI summarization features were performing well during testing (The workflow automation feature was tested by the development team and confirmed that it was functioning properly). The AI categorization, auto-responder, and FAQ search features were also functional, although I identified opportunities to further improve their accuracy before considering them fully ready for users.
