About this project
Monadd is the first address management company that empowers renters, nomads, expats, and home owners monitor, update, pause, and cancel services as they need in one or multiple locations. We work with property management, real estate, and relocation companies to ensure they are liability-free for bills and services belonging to residents.
Original vision
Our product vision is to create a subscription-based platform that allows users to easily manage all the services associated with their home(s) using applied artificial intelligence. Users can discover, update, cancel and pause any service linked to their home(s), such as utilities, internet, insurance and more. Users can also set reminders for contract renewals and view their bills in one place. Our product empowers users to take control of their home services and avoid unnecessary hassles or costs.
