About this project

OPTIMUS + FALCON is a pre-revenue software project consisting of two working applications designed to operate together. OPTIMUS is a Windows desktop AI agent that can understand natural-language commands and interact with the computer, applications, windows, files and browser. It includes voice interaction, wake-word support, task execution, browser control, system capabilities, saved outputs and other local utilities. FALCON is a custom AI-powered browser with tabs, workspaces, bookmarks, history, search, Copilot, voice controls and local-first AI support. It can be used independently as a browser and can also work with OPTIMUS for agent-driven browser tasks. The two applications communicate through a local connection. The project is designed around local-first AI, with support for local models through Ollama, reducing dependence on cloud services. The project is currently pre-revenue and pre-launch. It is being offered as a software/IP acquisition, including the existing codebase and technology developed for both applications.

Original vision

I started OPTIMUS + FALCON with the idea of making AI more useful without requiring users to hand over everything to the cloud. The goal was to combine a capable desktop agent with a browser that understands the user's workflow and can work with the computer rather than simply answering questions. Why it's available

I built OPTIMUS + FALCON as a personal project to explore a local-first AI ecosystem where a desktop agent and private browser could work together. The project has grown significantly, but I am now looking for someone who can take the technology further, complete the remaining production work, and turn it into a commercial product. I am offering it as a pre-revenue software/IP acquisition rather than continuing to operate it myself.
