PayChaser
Turnkey invoice recovery SaaS that helps small businesses manage overdue invoices, automate follow-ups, track promises to pay, and monitor collections from one dashboard.
About this project
PayChaser is a turnkey invoice recovery SaaS built for small businesses that lose time manually chasing overdue invoices and keeping track of payment commitments. Instead of managing collections through scattered spreadsheets, emails and reminders, PayChaser brings the recovery workflow into one focused dashboard. The goal is simple: help businesses stay organized, follow up consistently and gain clearer visibility into outstanding payments. WHAT'S BUILT & VERIFIED • Centralized invoice management with customer, amount, due-date and payment-status tracking • Overdue, Promise-to-Pay and Paid invoice states • Customer management connected to the collection workflow • Follow-up workflow functionality for organizing collection actions • Promise-to-Pay tracking so payment commitments do not disappear into emails or notes • Customer-facing payment pages designed to provide a simple payment experience • Collection dashboard with recovery-focused metrics and priorities • Analytics and reporting views for monitoring invoice and recovery activity • Responsive, polished SaaS interface designed around a real B2B use case WHO IT'S FOR The product is positioned for small businesses and service companies that regularly invoice customers and need a better system for managing overdue payments. Potential verticals include agencies, contractors, professional services and other invoice-based businesses. ACQUISITION OPPORTUNITY PayChaser is being offered as a pre-revenue software acquisition opportunity. It gives a buyer a working product foundation, established positioning and a professional interface without having to start development from zero. A buyer could take the existing product and focus on commercialization: choosing a specific niche, refining pricing, connecting any additional production services required for their market, acquiring customers and developing the product further. This is not being presented as an established revenue-generating company, and any figures
Original vision
PayChaser started with a simple problem: small businesses do the work, send the invoice, then lose valuable time chasing the money they have already earned. The vision was to turn that frustrating manual process into one clear recovery workflow—helping businesses know who owes what, what happens next, and which payments need attention. The product was designed to make collections feel organized and manageable, while giving a future owner a focused SaaS foundation to take to market.

Why it's available
PayChaser was built as a focused SaaS product around a real and persistent business problem: overdue invoice collection. The core product and user experience have been developed, but I’m choosing to sell rather than take on the longer-term work of customer acquisition, sales, marketing and continued commercialization. My strength and interest are in creating and developing digital products, not operating every product as a long-term SaaS business. The opportunity is therefore being handed over at the pre-revenue stage to a buyer who wants a strong starting point and is better positioned to take it to market, acquire customers and continue its development. The sale is not driven by technical failure or a shutdown—the goal is simply to transfer the product to someone who can focus on its commercial next stage.
