ProposalForge is a production-ready SaaS that helps marketing agencies, dev shops, and consultants turn client RFPs into beautifully branded 10-page proposals in under 90 seconds. THE PROBLEM: Agencies spend 5-10 hours writing each custom RFP response. It kills profit margins. Most agencies write 2-4 proposals per week — that's 20-40 hours/week of senior time on a task AI can do better in 90 seconds. WHAT IT DOES: 1. Agency pastes a client RFP 2. AI parses the RFP — extracts scope, budget, timeline, evaluation criteria 3. AI scores the agency's past case studies against the RFP (0-100 relevance) 4. AI generates a 10-section proposal (Exec Summary → Approach → Methodology → Case Studies → Timeline → Pricing → Team → Why Us → Risks → Next Steps), weaving in matched case studies 5. Human edits inline with live PDF preview, regenerates any section with one click 6. One-click branded PDF export — 13 pages, looks like a McKinsey deliverable WHAT'S INCLUDED: - Full Next.js 16 + TypeScript + Tailwind + Prisma codebase - 3 seeded demo agencies with distinct branding (Nova Digital, Apex Consulting, Lumen Studio) - 15 case studies + 3 finished proposals — dashboard looks alive - Branded PDF export engine (pdf-lib, no native deps) - NextAuth v4 auth with demo credentials (swap to Google/GitHub OAuth in 1 file) - Stripe billing UI (3-tier pricing — wire up real Stripe in 2-3 hrs) - AI provider abstraction — auto-detects Groq (free), OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini from env vars - Comprehensive README with deploy guide WHY IT SELLS: Direct ROI (agencies save 10 hrs/week → pay $49-$399/mo instantly). $0 AI cost (Groq free tier — 14k req/day). Original vision

Agencies spend 5-10 hours writing each RFP response — pure margin killer. I built ProposalForge to read a client RFP, match it against the agency's past case studies, and generate a branded 10-page proposal in 90 seconds. Direct ROI: any agency writing 2+ proposals/week saves 10-20 hours. AI layer is provider-agnostic from day one — ships with free Groq, buyer swaps to OpenAI in 5 min. No vendor lock-in.

Why it's available

I built ProposalForge as a portfolio piece to demonstrate full-stack AI SaaS architecture — clean code, provider-abstracted AI layer, production-ready PDF engine. The codebase is complete and deployed, but I'm not planning to launch it as a product myself (no marketing/sales motion, focused on other projects). Looking to hand it off to someone who wants to take it to market: wire up Stripe, add multi-tenant auth, do the GTM work. The hard part — the AI pipeline, the PDF engine, the case study matching — is done.
